Braided chairs

from the artist- I studied Edgar Degas's use of color and painting technique in his later works, focusing on the abstraction and the sens of shimmer. Here I already abstract an everyday object.

I saw these braided chairs on a square in Eindhoven and loved the colours. It was the contrast of the colours with the grey sidewalk tiles.
