The artist deliberately constructs a dialogue between “handmade craftsmanship” and “systematized production,” using concrete as a material that inherently carries both historical and technological dimensions.

The language of surfaces is particularly significant: impressions of wooden planks contrasted with the precision of modern formwork create a visual and tactile tension that functions as a metaphor for temporal shifts in construction and societal development more broadly. This contrast is not decorative — it is structural, and it is precisely what gives the work its conceptual clarity and strength.

The choice of materials reinforces the authenticity of the piece. Reused construction elements (reinforcement steel, wood, plastic) introduce themes of recycling and transformation, which are essential in contemporary artistic discourse, both ecologically and philosophically.
