This book emerged from a 30-day creative project during which one artwork was created each day using the artist’s self-developed technique. What began as a structured task evolved into a deeply personal process, where each work captures both the experience of the day and inner transformation, while the accompanying text reveals choices, boundaries, and a conscious withdrawal from external influence.

The book also includes a description of the artistic technique for which the artist has received a patent certificate, offering insight into both the creative process and the methodology behind the works.

The book brings together the artistic and the personal, presenting self-development as a form of discipline — the ability to remain faithful to one’s own direction. The result is a collection of 30 artworks and a record of transformation — a movement away from externally defined structures toward an inner clarity that shapes direction through action.
